It was originally a jade belt buckle that caught Briscoe's eye. By stumbling upon a designer bead boutique in early 2002, designer Timothy Briscoe discovered the creative possibilities of jewelry making. Given his background in design, Tim took this as an opportunity to express one of his many creative flairs...jewelry design. After being approached to buy his necklace, off his neck, it was then that Tim realized the true potential of his business. From that day on, DC's most fashion forward continue to find themselves hooked on Briscoe's designs.
